In your request to us provide your specific dates and we will do our best to accommodate your timing requirements. In the fall and winter, we normally would like to rent for 30 nights or more. All requests will be considered. The house is thoroughly cleaned before you arrive and you will enjoy your time in Toronto living in the ‘Beaches’ area of Toronto. Walk a block and a half to Lake Ontario to the lovely ‘boardwalk’ and Toronto’s beautiful waterfront bike path accessing downtown Toronto and points beyond. Also you are walking distance to beautiful parks, large outdoor pools and the beaches’ community restaurants, boutiques, bars, cafes etc. In two minutes walk, you are at the streetcar that gets you to the downtown core in 40 minutes or you are a short walk to the bus leading to the subway accessing downtown in 35 minutes or you are a 15 minute car ride to downtown Toronto. To get out of the city by car you are within easy access to major arteries.
The house is a beautifully furnished, totally renovated four bedroom single- family house, approximately 2500 sq. ft., situated on one of the few quarter acre large oak treed properties in the Beaches. Enjoy the quiet and privacy of the back yard on two patios with lounge chairs, dining tables, bar be que, 3 piece patio furniture etc. The house includes a completely furnished basement with a TV room, separate laundry room and games room with pool table along with an additional 2-piece bathroom. The whole basement floor is ceramic tiled with underground floor heating.
The well-appointed kitchen has stainless steel Jennair appliances with quartz countertops. It is open to the family room that makes entertaining an easy experience. The main floor features front entrance foyer (also with underfloor heating), separate dining room, living room, and a combined kitchen and family room. There is oak hardwood flooring throughout the main floor.
The second floor has four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a four-piece ensuite bathroom with separate deep soak tub and glassed-in shower and underfloor heating. Three bedrooms have new queen- sized beds. One other bedroom has a new double-sized bed. The second floor also includes a separate 3piece bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. There is also oak flooring throughout the second floor.
The home entertainment includes cable and Wifi for internet access. There are three large flat screen televisions. One in the living room, another located in the downstairs TV room and one in the master bedroom. As well, the house is air conditioned and has a private garage and driveway fitting 6 cars.
There are two fireplaces, one gas in the living room, the other is wood burning in the family room. As we are retired we love to travel renting our house out to visitors allows us to expand our travel opportunities. You will certainly enjoy your stay at our home with all the amenities and add ons.

Summary: What a great place to stay to explore Toronto. House is as described, very spacious and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Home from Home. Cathy, the host, could not have been more responsive to our questions and left a wealth of information in a tidy folder to assist with the visit to Toronto. The house is in a perfect location with easy access to the beach or for jumping onto the street car into Toronto. Very good local amenities. Neighbours very friendly and helpful. Just a great place to stay. We would definitely rent this property again and we highly recommend it.

Summary: The location of the house is truly amazing for those who want to walk to the water and enjoy near by parks. The 4-bedroom house was large and extremely comfortable. Love the kitchen and the open area overlooking the in incredible backyard. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 week stay. It was the best!

Summary: The property is exactly as surprised and we couldn't have been happier there. Our stay was a whole month and the neighborhood is lovely, lots of great places to eat, shop and a charming small Fox Theatre/Cinema. The owners were helpful with a full pack of local details and info about the property along with a comprehensive walk through on arrival covering everything from the washing machine to the outdoor BBQ. Fully equipped kitchen and all other facilities exactly as detailed in the listing. No hesitation in recommending.

Summary: We visited as a family from the UK for a two week summer holiday and this really was a great place to stay. The house is lovely and perfectly reflected in the photos as well as being clean and very well equipped. The Beaches area is both accessible for downtown attractions as well as having a lot to do locally. The owners Cathy & Mike were always available for queries and we had a great time. Would definitely stay again if we came back to Toronto and would highly recommend to others visiting Toronto.

Summary: We stayed at this beautiful home as a group of 3 families whilst attending a sporting event in Toronto. The home is extremely comfortable, very tastefully decorated and meticulously clean and well appointed. It also has a beautiful garden and is very quiet and peaceful. This home has all the facilities you need for your stay and also has a fantastic games room for the kids. It is also in a great area only a few blocks from the Lake and a wonderful and vibrant shopping strip. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. I can't think of a better place for a family group to stay!

Summary: This beautiful home provided a magical time for my husband and I, who live in New Zealand, to be based in the upmarket Beaches area of Toronto whilst visiting family who live nearby. We experienced two weeks here and had such a wonderful time with family and close friends during this time. The house is superbly fitted out with the latest appliances and beautifully clean with all the comforts of home, including extremely comfortable beds and plenty of space. There is a lovely backyard area under huge trees which gave us much needed shade during the heat of summer along with such a beautiful garden. We enjoyed meeting the neighbours too! Cathy and Mike met us on arrival and explained how everything worked and were only a phone call away if needed. They made us feel so welcome! I would highly recommend this stunning home in The Beaches for those wanting to enjoy a special vacation with everything within walking distance, Queen Street being just a few minutes walk away. We can't wait to book our return visit next year!

Summary: This was our 1st family trip to Canada and couldn't of picked a better home to rent. My wife, two young kids and a teenage nephew stayed in this lovely home which is just as described. The location is very convenient to downtown just 10 minutes away or the airport in 25 minutes and close to many shops and restaurants as other reviews can attest. The owners C & M couldn't of been more accommodating and were very helpful whenever we needed anything. The neighbors were great and we celebrated Halloween with everyone on the street who were all very friendly. There was plenty of room inside to stretch out and wonderful fireplaces to warm your toes. The backyard was very large with many areas to entertain. The TV choices were really good and the wireless internet was excellent too. The only minor drawback was that there was not a bathroom on the main level but there were a total of 3 bathrooms with the master with radiant heat floors which made up for that. All in all this is a very wonderful home/location and we would absolutely stay here again when the opportunity arose.

Summary: We travelled as a family of six adults and one baby from the UK for a family wedding. This house met all our requirements. It provided a comfortable home for us all and the facilities were spot on, exactly as the description. The location of the property is superb, minutes away from Queen Street with its many shops, restaurants and bars plus the terminus for the streetcar which goes straight into downtown Toronto. A little bit further on and you come to the lovely boardwalk and beach leading to Lake Ontario. We couldn't have asked for more.
